I have led multiple projects with multinational organizations to redesign their contracting processes and implement leading CLM technologies to transform the contracting function.

Worked with a global transportation and logistics company to help insource work, reducing reliance on external counsel, while thoughtfully building out a tech-enabled legal function operating model to set the organization up for long-term success.

Facilitated the tax department’s participation in user requirements workshops to define data needs and business logic to automate tax and transfer pricing calculations within the new ERP system.

Part of the team exploring the use of big data to help our clients make better, more efficient and quicker decisions on their business and tax needs.

Led the introduction of Generative AI tools for PwC Canada's tax and legal teams, including the rollout of Harvey AI for the Canadian practice. This has also allowed me to provide advice to my clients' tax and legal functions on introduction of GenAI within their domains.

Assisted a number of Canadian multinationals to assess their internationalization strategy, identify appropriate international head office jurisdictions, and centralize the development and management of key intangibles within the multinational enterprise to better meet business objectives.
